HP TouchPad Wi-Fi 32 GB 9.7-Inch Tablet Computer

from $329.00

"Long gone are the days of huge mobile phones, PC's that are slow and huge and Laptops that cost too much and don't do enough, not to mention really heavy.
Welcome to the 21st century, where everything is now so micro, you could lose you mobile phone while using it!
We want it all and we want it now!!!  HP, Sony and Apple, clodely followed by HTC are setting trends in all aspects of our super busy lives.

Kids as young as 7 have got Kindle eBook readers, serious smart phones AND they know how to use them better than most adults.  We had the Nintendo DS and the Apploe iPad, now we have got the impressive Hewlett Packard HP TouchPad"

The HP TouchPad is one of many new multi-touch, capacitive touchscreen tablets, such as the Apple iPad 2 and Android tablets, but the TouchPad runs HP webOS, which has several notable features, sharing the same card multitasking found in the Palm Pre 2, HP Veer, and HP Pre 3 including the highly regarded "stack" feature.

[5] The TouchPad has an unobtrusive drop down notification system for new email, alerts, or software and operating system updates.[citation needed] Homebrew's Preware application lets the user modify many of the software's features.[6] Hp Touchpad's advantages and disadvantages ...

The News Tribe[7] The TouchPad can run most of the 6000+ apps available for the Pre phones in a phone emulator.[citation needed] "Touch to Share" allows the Pre 3 and the Veer to share information such as websites by touching their sensors with the TouchPad's sensors.

The TouchPad can receive calls and text messages forwarded from a webOS powered phone using the same Palm Profile.[8] The TouchPad does not have a phone radio and is unable to receive phone calls or texts by itself.
